Disneyland Paris adds holiday magic to Frozen land and Goofy concert

Disneyland Paris adds holiday magic to Frozen land and Goofy concert

From early November through early January, Disneyland Paris transforms its newest attraction, World of Frozen, into a winter wonderland. The celebration, part of the resort-wide Disney Enchanted Christmas program, runs from Nov. 7 2026 to Jan. 6 2027 and brings authentic Nordic touches to the fictional kingdom of Arendelle.

World of Frozen’s debut holiday makeover

The first Christmas ever seen in Arendelle features shimmering Scandinavian-style ornaments on every façade, a towering lit tree at the entrance, and a special Arendelle Christmas Choir that performs twice a day. The fifteen-minute show sees Anna, Elsa and Olaf join a group of carolers singing tracks from the 2017 short Olaf’s Frozen Adventure. The stage is decorated with traditional rose-maling panels, painted bells and a Julbock (Yule goat), reinforcing the Norwegian inspiration behind the land.

New performances and character encounters

Beyond the choir, a seven-minute water-show titled Ring in the Season with Anna and Elsa replaces the regular bay spectacle, projecting snow-filled scenes over Arendelle Bay. Meet-and-greet opportunities also expand: for the first time, Kristoff appears alongside Oaken and Mossie, allowing fans to snap photos with the often-overlooked ice-harvester. A dedicated holiday menu, inspired by Far-North flavors, is served at the Arendelle Boutique, which also sells exclusive Scandinavian-crafted souvenirs.

All of these additions are included with standard park admission, meaning visitors do not need a separate ticket like the Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Walt Disney World.

Goofy conducts a water orchestra in Disney Adventure World

From Nov. 14 2026 through Mar. 14 2027, the beloved, bumbling dog returns as conductor of a water orchestra beside the lake on Adventure Way. The show, a sequel to the 2025 “Goofy’s Imaginary Orchestra,” combines slapstick conducting gestures with fountains that respond in rhythm, creating a splash-filled musical tableau. While the exact repertoire remains under wraps, the performance promises the same goofy charm that made the original a fan favorite, now set against a winter-tinted backdrop.

Guests need only a regular Disney Adventure World ticket to watch Goofy’s aquatic symphony, and the show runs multiple times daily. Because the venue is outdoors, planners should anticipate possible rain and bring suitable gear.

Tips for enjoying the winter celebration

December evenings in Paris are cold and often damp, so a warm coat, waterproof boots and a scarf are essential. Arriving early helps avoid long queues for the Arendelle Christmas Choir and Kristoff meet-and-greets, especially on weekends. On Dec. 31, Disney Adventure World will stage a combined fireworks and drone display over World of Frozen, weather permitting—a spectacular finale to the year.

Don’t miss the classic holiday experiences in the adjacent Disneyland Park: a 24-meter (≈79-foot) Christmas tree in Town Square, Mickey’s double-daily Christmas parade, and Santa’s appearance at Disney Clothiers starting Nov. 14. While the signature Frozen Ever After ride does not receive a seasonal overlay, the surrounding scenery—Arendelle’s town square, the bay and the towering North Mountain—glows with festive lighting, making the entire area feel like a storybook illustration.

Because the celebration spans two months, families can plan a multi-day trip that combines the Frozen festivities, Goofy’s lake concert, and the broader Parisian attractions. Booking a nearby hotel early ensures easy access to both parks and the city’s winter charms.
