The Lake District, UK: A Journey Through Classic Scenery
Ian White embarked on the Lakeland 200, a route he had been contemplating for some time. His adventure began in September, as summer transitioned into the classic Lake District weather. Despite the changing seasons, Ian was continually rewarded with epic views and long, smile-inducing descents that made the journey unforgettable.
The Lake District is known for its dramatic landscapes and challenging trails and Ian’s experience was no exception. The route offered a mix of rugged terrain and scenic beauty making it a perfect choice for bikepackers seeking both adventure and tranquility.
Snowy Range, Wyoming: A Wild and Technical Adventure
Jeff Kerkove and his partner Bex ventured into the Snowy Range of Wyoming for a three-and-a-half-day bikepacking trip. Their journey was filled with rocky, technical trails that wound through alpine lakes and old burn scars. The terrain was so unique that it felt like another planet, offering a sense of isolation and adventure.
